Our Prepress department handles your files professionally before the next production step. We handle not only digital files but also the traditional film developing process. For our customers’ approval we offer conventional proofing or, in order to shorten the Prepress time, we also offer digital proofing as well. With efficient CTP machines at both locations (Hong Kong and Dongguan) we can react timely to time sensitive jobs.
Our state-of-the-art printing machines consist of 1c to 8c machines, which are able to print light weight stocks to cardboards. Our product range covers educational books, children books, coffee table books, novelties, dictionaries, bibles, atlases, packaging boxes, greeting card and much more.
During the print process our ISO 12647-2 certified press staff use our color management system to ensure accurate color between running and approved printed sheets.
Our postpress department covers the finishing, assembly and binding production steps in order to complete your products. All processes such as laminating, UV coating, binding, diecutting, drilling, folding, sewing, gluing, silkscreeing and assembling are done in-house.
Our large manual hand assembly team can manage all the products which are more labour intensive.
